Hello. I am interested in attempting Level 1 certification. I am looking at kits and motors to purchase for this. However, it appears I need information regarding a scheduled launch and association number in order to purchase HP motors. I would like to start soon so that I have time to construct the rocket and have it ready for the warmer season this year.
