You 3 guys have worked long and hard on this project. Looks like a great job. The flight will be a lot like My 11.5" Redstone years ago slow and low. The other flyers will be talking about it for years. Can't wait to see it. |

Thanks Jason for the vid! Your Darkstar rocked on the K C-Star...that's impressive propellant!!! Thanks to all who contributed to the project, thanks to those who helped get the beast on the pad, and thanks of coarse to the fine folks at TWA who set the stage and let us fly with them on a monthly basis. Altitudes accoring to the MAWD: 3634' and HiAlt45: 3496'. Nose shook loose at apogee (we expected that to happen), but both pieces landed on the runway near lot F for a very easy recovery. The big bird should fly again at Midwest Power on a Research full M/baby N with bigger shear pins in the nose.
