I am a new member to tripoli and would like to do a level 1 cert at the next bong meeting. Like Christopher, is there someone qualified that will work with me to qualify my flight?

Yes, there will be plenty of helping hands there and usually two or more Prefect's at every launch....

I was level 2 certified in an other *caugh* organization, but let it lapse too long. Now that my family is old enough, I've taken some of my big rockets out of storage, and have been building bigger and bigger rockets with my kids.

I don't suppose it's possible to do Level 1, and Level 2 in the same weekend is it?

We took some video at our last launch at Bong, and it's up at the EMRR video contest site (Video's #4 & #5 here: http://www.rocketreviews.com/contests/video_contest4.shtml)

I'll have my high speed camera with me if anyone wants to see their rocket launch at up to 1000 frames per second.

Best of luck on your Level 1 Cert. It would be great if you can shoot some video of my Level 2. For my Level 1 it was gone in a flash (I357 took care of that!) Anyway, I'm flying a 5.5" way overbuilt LOC V2 on a J350. Look for me on Saturday, and I'll keep my eyes open for your flight. Thanks,
